Previously, a business litigation partner and leader of Blank Rome LLP’s national State Attorneys General Team, he has negotiated complex settlements, taken cases through jury trials and appeals, and advised clients on matters involving state attorneys general, consumer protection, and government overreach. His deep understanding of how government interacts with business, honed during his tenure with the Commonwealth, equips him to guide clients through regulatory hurdles, commercial disputes, and litigation with unmatched insight and precision.
